The HC Fit-Out and Design Workshop

When it comes to the comfort of your staff and clients or the projection of a striking company image, few things are as important as designing an appropriate working environment. However, for many clients, the development of a business space can pose a tough creative challenge. That’s why we’ve created the HC Fitout and Design Workshop – a one day program that aims to equip you with all the resources you need to enjoy the process of designing your business space and see it brought vividly to life in a comprehensive 3-D model.

Whether you’re opening a new restaurant or renovating a corporate boardroom, the HC Fit-out and Design Workshop will help you approach the task with confidence and excitement.

During the workshop, you’ll receive:

Specialized advice from one of our expert design consultants
A fit-out and design brief that includes a customized schedule
A 3D model of your completed business space
Specifications and technical drawings
An on-site inspection and analysis
Quotes for design and custom made furniture including tables, booth seating, chairs, ottomans and benches

The Process

We begin by asking clients for a photo of their business space and a detailed floor plan. This allows us to prepare a fully rendered 3D model of the venue for use during the interactive workshop. At the beginning of the workshop, you’ll have an opportunity to discuss your budget and deadline with one of our design consultants. You and the consultant will then develop the fully customizable 3D model together, importing attractive products from HC Group’s enormous catalogue, experimenting with different furniture configurations, adjusting the lighting, and inserting decorative screens until you’re completely satisfied with the look and atmosphere of the finished product. The process is collaborative, leaving you with the satisfaction that comes from knowing that the final design reflects your own personal preferences rather than one of a hired designer. Since all of our furniture can be made to order, there is no limit to the specificity with which you can design the workplace that you want.

Where is the workshop held?
